Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 piece medium apple, peeled and diced
Dry ingredients
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, diced apple, and sugar. Add egg, butter, vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients. Mix into wet ingredients alternately with milk.
  4. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake 18-22 minutes. Cool and enjoy.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
