Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
Almond Flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
Eggs
  • 3 large large eggs
Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut oil
Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Salt
  • Pinch salt
Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Walnuts or Pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix in eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet mixture.
  4. Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake 50–60 minutes.
  5. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
