Ingredients
  

Egg Noodles
  • 6 ounces Egg Noodles
Ground Beef
  • 1 pounds Ground Beef
Butter
  • ¼ cup Butter
Flour
  • ¼ cup Flour
Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
Milk
  • 1 ¼ cup Milk
Spices
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream

Method
 

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, breaking it into small pieces, until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet, add flour, and whisk continuously for 2 minutes to make a roux. Gradually add beef broth, whisking until smooth, then stir in milk until thickened.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add cooked noodles and browned beef to the skillet. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated. Serve hot.
