Method
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, breaking it into small pieces, until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet, add flour, and whisk continuously for 2 minutes to make a roux. Gradually add beef broth, whisking until smooth, then stir in milk until thickened.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Add cooked noodles and browned beef to the skillet. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated. Serve hot.
