  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. Pour batter into a greased or lined baking pan (about 8x8 inches).
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the batter.
