Method
- Mash bananas until smooth.
- Mix mashed bananas with eggs, sweetener (if using), and fats.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking tin.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can add chopped nuts on top for extra texture and flavor.
