Method
- Mash ripe bananas and mix with eggs and sweetener if using.
- Combine flour and baking powder, then add to wet ingredients.
- Mix until just combined; add fats and stir gently.
- Pour batter into a greased baking tin.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving. Optional: add chopped nuts on top.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweetness; omit sweetener for babies under 1 year old.
