Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour and yogurt until a dough forms, then knead and divide into 4 balls.
- Shape each ball into a rope, pinch ends to form a circle.
- Beat the egg and brush over bagels, sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 23 minutes, then increase to 500°F (260°C) and bake 2 more minutes.
Notes
For a crispier top, raise oven temperature for the last 2 minutes.
