Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
Egg wash
  • 1 Egg Egg (for egg wash)
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix flour and yogurt until a dough forms, then knead and divide into 4 balls.
  3. Shape each ball into a rope, pinch ends to form a circle.
  4. Beat the egg and brush over bagels, sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 23 minutes, then increase to 500°F (260°C) and bake 2 more minutes.

Notes

For a crispier top, raise oven temperature for the last 2 minutes.
