Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, cinnamon, then fold in flour. Add yogurt and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with extra sugar or cinnamon if desired, and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
