Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
